Recognising the fantastic work of #TeamIOWNHS is important and we are excited to see the return of the IOW NHS CARE Awards.
We have seen many difficult challenges in the past year, however, outstanding service has still been delivered and we want to acknowledge that and support the continuing development of a culture where everyone feels valued for the work that they do and are recognised for the contribution that they make.
This is a great opportunity for staff to celebrate one another and showcase that people's efforts have not gone unnoticed or unappreciated.
