Great South Run

Sunday 19 October 2025 | 10 mile challenge | Portsmouth

Join the team and taking on the 10 mile challenge on a mainly flat route taking in the sites of Portsmouth including running through the historic dockyards and for the final mile being able to see the Isle of Wight.

Pick a fund or department close to your heart to raise funds for and make a difference for your local Hospital.

Registration: £30 Minimum Sponsorship: £180

Abseil the Spinnaker Tower

Descend 100m | Portsmouth 

Pick a date between April and October and take on the challenge of the Spinnaker Tower. With great views over the mainland on across to the Isle of Wight, can you take on the challenge and beat the tower?

Registration: £25 | Minimum Sponsorship: £250

Skydive

10,000 or 15,000ft | Salisbury

Take part in a skydive in aid of Isle of Wight NHS Trust Charity and freefall at speeds of about 125mph for the ultimate adrenaline challenge. Choose to skydive at an altitude of 10,000ft or 15,000ft.

Registration from £50 | Minimum sponsorship 10,000ft £450 or 15,000ft £550*

*Please note 80% of your fundraising needs to be raised 3 weeks before your jump

We cannot guarantee the weather, they will only jump if it is safe to do so, on occasion you may need to make multiple visits to get into the air

Isle of Wight Ultra Challenge

Saturday 3 May to Sunday 4 May 2025 | 10 miles through to 106km | Isle of Wight

Take on the Isle of Wight Ultra Challenge and hike across the stunning coastal path that goes through the spectacular southern cliffs, past the iconic Needles, and up to historic Cowes. For Full Island challengers, you will continue on to historic Ventnor, and back to the basecamp in Chale after an epic 106km journey.

Funding Options

Full sponsorship
  • Pay a small registration fee 
  • Fundraise to the minimum target, with at least 50% due 3 weeks before the event
  • For example; For 100km it would be a £50 reg fee and a minimum of £575 sponsorship to be raised
  • Cost of reg fee and minimum sponsorship depends on the route option you choose to complete
Mixed funding
  • Pay half of the event place
  • Fundraise to a lower target, with at least 50% due 3 weeks before the event
  • For example; For 100km it would be a £110 reg fee and a minimum of £330 sponsorship to be raised
  • Cost of reg fee and minimum sponsorship depends on the route option you choose to complete
Own place fundraising
  • Pay the full cost of your event place
  • Fundraise whatever you can for charity, with no targets or deadlines
  • For example; For 100km it would be a £199 reg fee and raise what you can

National Three Peaks Challenge

Friday 1 August to Sunday 3 August 2025 | Grampian Mountains in Scotland, the Lake District in England and Snowdonia in Wales

Take on the three highest mountains in the UK and conquer the National Three Peaks Challenge! Be one of the first hikers of the day to take on Ben Nevis, tackle Scafell Pike at night and finish your challenge on Wales's infamous peak, Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa). Aim to summit all three peaks in 24 hours!

Conquer the famous "roof of Africa" and trek through five incredible, unspoilt eco-systems as you complete one of the toughest but most exhilarating adventures you could ever embark on!
