My Medical Record is a free and secure online platform that is available via a website and as an app for your phone or tablet.
With My Medical Record, you can:
- view details of outpatient appointments
- view documents and letters
- record details such as height, weight, and blood pressure
- add notes about your condition and overall health
- contact patient support services
- use app features to help you manage certain conditions
- view information to prepare you for your appointments or treatment
What if I do not have access to the intranet?
If you do not have internet access or an email address, you may decide to allow a family member or friend to help you access the system or log in on your behalf. You must get their consent to do this as we will store their email address and telephone number with your details.
