What you need to do
- Call the ward you are coming to – the telephone number is on the letter we sent you
- Tell us as soon as possible if you cannot make the date we have given you.
- At home you should cancel deliveries such as newspapers and milk and make arrangements for the care of pets.
- If you receive a pension or state benefit you should inform the Benefits Agency that you are coming into hospital.
